Hamail Ijaz

Psychologist, Speech Therapist, and Emotional Health Specialist with nearly two decades of experience helping people heal, grow, and thrive. Over the years, I have worked with children, families, educators, and organizations — creating programs that transform not just individuals, but entire communities.

Currently, as the Regional Emotional Health Counselor at Lahore Garrison Education System (LGES), I lead emotional wellbeing initiatives across 15 institutions, shaping inclusive policies and empowering a dedicated team of counselors. Alongside this, I provide specialized therapy and counseling for children and adults, with a focus on speech, communication, and emotional resilience.

Beyond clinical practice, I am a dynamic trainer and facilitator, delivering impactful workshops on mental health, stress management, leadership, and inclusive education for schools, colleges, and corporate organizations.

As a proud member of the APA and ANZMH, and with global learning from Harvard Medical School and other top institutions, I bring both international perspective and local understanding to my work.

💡 My mission is clear: to empower minds, strengthen voices, and build inclusive spaces where everyone can belong and succeed.
